As a corporate juridical person, The Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan held an election for its Board of Directors.  Recommended by the The Association of National Universities of Taiwan, President Si-Chen Lee of National Taiwan University was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.
